If you think your ventilation system is not working, we can offer a callout visit to inspect and report on any issues. As our callout charge is the same price as a single service appointment, we would usually recommend a service in the first instance (if one has not been completed recently) which will identify any issues. If any issues are still present at the end of the appointment, we would quote to repair separately as a return visit (subject to access).
Alternatively, if you already know an issue with your unit/system for which you would like a repair quote. Please email us with details of the fault. We will require the unit model and serial number, pictures of your unit and the surrounding area for us to review access. Please note we cannot guarantee the quoted repair will resolve the issue unless one of our engineers has previously attended to diagnose.
If any other Manufacturers units (not listed here) have faults, we would quote to replace the complete unit (subject to access).
